Where to start? CEO is completely full of himself. He doesn’t know how to lead a healthy, collaborative team. He requires his employees to burnout, fires employees based on lies and deception. There is zero transparency. He doesn’t listen to any of his colleagues and instead acts on emotion and impulse. This has led to an extremely toxic workplace and a company that is sure to sink with him at the helm.
