Profit sharing are good but just know you’ll never know the amount until it’s deposited and it’s calculated as salary some how
Cons
Once you hit sales or accounting no more growth opportunities are offered unless proceeding to management. Management positions are only fulfilled when some one passes away or retire. All management is 50+ or family !
