Pros

- Work on many different projects - Projects often align with good moral outcomes (no gambling apps) - Fun people

Cons

Try to take the good reviews here with a grain of salt, they were nearly all directly in response to a single negative review. - Very poor project management pushing blame onto developers, and lacking trust in them - Next to no approach for learning and development - Appalling resourcing issues, with no one taking any responsibility - No career growth opportunities unless they scale up in the future or you have been there for years - Extremely high turnover for a small company - Cliquey culture and nepotism - Low quality outcomes due to a lack of pushing back on clients - Once very flexible in terms of hours, working from home etc. but became very strict without giving any reason FWIW much of this may have changed since my time there, as a lot of people have departed.

Pros

The people I worked with were generally really nice

Cons

The founders sold out the company to the highest bidder. Now it's been dismantled and people's careers ruined.

Pros

As a British backpacker with previous 2 years of experience as a DevOps, they took a chance on me and it worked out. The pay was great, I learnt so so much in just 6 months. The team I was in was so optimistic and had a real team spirit. Even bought me a fly net hat and some other funny items as they knew I was about to go off to the farms for 3 months for a visa extension 😄

Cons

Was a bit stressful at first as I lacked confidence, but was very sort lived by all the support I was given.
