      Nice Company to make friends.

      Cons

      Managers are incompetents and wont make you to progress. They are full of prejudgments. Best way is to agree with them in everything with a fake smile and talk of nonsense things... Training: it's better to watch some youtube videos...

      Incredibly talented colleagues Fast-paced with endless opportunities to learn up and coming technologies

      Cons

      Extremely cliquey. Inexperienced director level managers. Lack of clear guidance from leadership on company goals/priorities. Non-existent onboarding. No defined personal KPIs or 3-6-12 month in-role wins/expectations. Messy. Just plain messy.
