Pros

- See the impact you make on real people in instant time and build a lasting relationship with them. - you have autonomy in creating new ideas and realizing them into reality

Cons

- it's a small but growing team so most cases you will need to lay the foundation. If you look for systems to follow, you won't have that and more likely be the one creating foundations

Pros

Management values employees - everyone has a voice and is invited to contribute. The work is rewarding. The office is pet friendly! I've been here over 3 years now and continue to explore new campaigns and initiatives. We had a great party to celebrate a big company milestone - 100 million steps collectively by the kids in our community. We do fun things as a team - Blue Jay games, ping pong tournaments, watching soccer together in the office, to name a few. What I love the most is that I have never seen an office filled with people who genuinely care about the work they do and the kiddos we serve. Every day at Trexo there is focused work, collaboration, laughter and something that moves us and reminds us why what we do is so important.

Cons

There are no cons in my experience.
