Pros

- Immediate and fast exposure to client-facing consulting work - Competitive compensation

Cons

- Very poor company culture (ex. extremely limited HR/recruitment resources to help new hires onboard, lack of clarity to new hires on how their project is going/what next steps look like, etc., senior leaders do not initiate any interaction with lower-level consultants so there's a big gap between the seniors and juniors) - No respect for work-life balance (ex. arriving home at very odd hours of the night from your client location, etc.) - No training or development resources to properly educate employees of important technical skills - No support with job-required tasks (ex. getting a TN-visa will be 100% on you - if you get denied at the airport, the company does not help you in improving your application for next time) - No loyalty shown towards employees (they will get rid of you the first chance they get should an issue arise) - Limited diversity and inclusion - few BIPOC, few females, etc.

Pros

Great talent working here. Organized on the day to day of a project.

Cons

Horrible administration. Have at least $8K free on your credit card before you start working here. Expenses are paid 3 weeks later. No regards for your personal finances. Work life balance is not true. You’ll be doing busy work until the very end, micromanaged by everyone. Type A people overreacting, unmanageable deadlines. They will cheap out on everything they can. No retirement.
