Pros

Interviewing for the company includes listening to management for 45 minutes talk about their awesomeness and spending absolutely no time asking the interviewees about themselves and what they have to offer the company. It is very clear they have no interest in who they are hiring, which is a primary red flag. Haven't worked for a company that can rival this company's toxic and dysfunctional environment.

Cons

Dysfunctional and abusive - employees are treated daily with vulgar disrespect. HR lacks confidentiality; gossips about all the employees, including the CEO. Upper project management gossips & gives opposite direction from CEO; they and HR set up everyone for failure by giving incorrect information or direction. Turnover is 100%. Expectations are not provided nor communicated at any time during employee's short tenure with company. Screaming vulgarities to employees is ongoing and "the norm".

Trinity|ERD Response

Trinity | ERD understands that this employee is dissatisfied with their work. We too, are disappointed as we had hoped and expected this employee to find success within our firm. Unfortunately, they did not. The period during which this person left the firm was at the tail-end of our addressing under-performing employees. Among other notable deficiencies, we had employees who over-represented their technical skills, employees who were unable to manage their time, and employees who lacked independent motivation. We realized we had given several employees more chances than not to make improvements. Obviously, such situations are emotionally charged. Trinity | ERD does value its employees. We acknowledge that we do speak at length to give candidates as clear a picture as possible of what we do and what is expected in the position. We believe that the search for the right employee-employer fit should be mutual and respect a candidate’s need to be fully informed of the job. We regret that this was not viewed in the spirit in which it was intended but will continue to give future candidates the opportunity to ask any questions they may have.

Pros

Terrific salary, benefits include holiday days off, 401-K with matching funds, profit sharing, bonus, Christmas bonus, lunches out of the office, Holiday party, Barbecue in summer...

Cons

It’s possible that frequent air travel will interfere with home life, and since its a billable-hours-firm there are pressures and long hours that go along with that. Many people say they had little or no training. Well, those folks needed a job so bad they made claims they really shouldn’t have.

Pros

-There were some nice people to work with that weren't management -For having no previous background in construction, I was able to muscle my way through hard work which paid off for about 3 seconds...

Cons

-They lure employees in under the false premise that they will be supportive and accommodating all the while digging the grave to push you into about 6-8 months down the road -Unwilling and unaccommodating to those with disabilities -Demanding of abilities that certain employees were not qualified for i.e. asking administrative staff to complete technical reports for clients knowing those documents could be taken into deposition -Manipulating staff to do work outside of their capability with little to no instruction and then verbally abusing staff for not just knowing how to do the work -Disrespectful of personal boundaries -Pitting employees against each other to rat the other out, especially when an employee would take a sick day -Nepotism -Management was unwilling to take ownership for their own faults to clients and would ask employees to lie on their behalf -Management's willingness to guilt their employees with woes of hardship about how the company was doing -Management would berate, belittle, and bully employees to quit rather than fire them so they wouldn't have to pay unemployment
