Pros

- It was an incredible team with amazing talent. - Great parties.

Cons

- As per most agencies, customer advocacy doesn't exist. Decisions are made based on money grabbing values rather than focusing on the longevity of customer relationships. - Overworked and undervalued. I was working 50-60 hours a week to keep everything at a level where it wasn't completely exploding. No overtime is paid, and no additional hires were made to resolve this. - There are no major benefits, and salaries are not up to market rates. Good luck negotiating an increase unless you're just about to leave. - Convoluted processes and procedures keep you locked into useless non-negotiable busy work. - Junior leadership who don't know how to develop or retain staff. - Very little room for growth as the hierarchy is flat, and leadership has been in place for a while.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your experience at Tryzens. We would like to address the point you have raised in regards to industry relationships blocking a new opportunity. At Tryzens one of our core values is Integrity, Trust & Transparency. We love to see our team members grow and we would never condone any such action to limit an employee's opportunity when moving on to a new company. If this was felt throughout any stages, we would suggest you contact us at hello@tryzens.com or your previous HR manager to raise this for a formal investigation. We wish you all the best in your new endeavors!

Pros

Extremely competitive remuneration package when you join. Work from home allowance (only looks good on paper). Technical training and certifications available (but only if you’re willing to sign bonds and restrictions). Relocation bonus offered (again tied to a one-year bond).

Cons

Promotions and hikes are virtually non-existent; leadership conveniently cites “company losses” as an excuse year after year. “Work from home” is misleading: only promised before you join. After joining, EM team members are forced to work from a depressing office (even on night shifts), while colleagues from the same team freely enjoy remote work. The environment is discriminatory within the same team—different rules and benefits for different people. Management style is poor—blame-shifting is common, with lower-level employees always taking the fall for mistakes. Forget work-life balance. You’ll be forced to log 8 hours even when no tasks are assigned, pressured with unrealistic “utilisation” metrics that no one understands. Feels like working in sales where you chase targets just to justify your paycheck. “Positive and fun environment” is nothing but lip service; in reality, morale is low and frustration is high.
