I've had a frustrating experience with Turnkey Marketing due to blatant favoritism in the workplace. Opportunities, recognition, and support seem to be reserved for a select few, regardless of performance or contribution. It’s disheartening to see hard-working team members overlooked while favoritism dictates decisions and advancement. A truly professional environment should foster fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity—unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works toward a more inclusive and merit-based culture.
