Pros
There are no pros to share. I have seen plenty of employees come and go in a span of few months itself. That speaks for itself.
Cons
Zero growth Toxic mentality Low standards of Quality Management No value for personal life Con you into an incentive program which is impossible to achieve Employees spend most of their day apologising to the clients on behalf of the firm No CRM in place with its data and hence leads to spamming the poor customers Conference production to a very limited level but it is a call center environment mostly.
