You will not be refunded for out of pocket expenses in a timely fashion. You might not be paid your student stipend in a timely fashion or be paid the correct amount. You might not be paid for your work as a TA or for other research projects in a timely fashion (or, sometimes, at all). This is not the finance team's fault -- UCL is understaffed.
