Rota completed in advance and fairly shared so you can play work/life balance taking into account the need for evening/nights and weekend cover.
Cons
Poor management, rundown work environment, minimum wage without any shift allowance on a 24/7 business. No bonus, no recognition for good work. Left to work on own for hours at a a time.
