Most of the deals are relatively small ($25–35K), and there doesn’t seem to be a well-defined or scalable sales motion in place. The compensation is below market compared to similar roles, with no meaningful equity upside. On top of that, the product itself doesn’t feel particularly compelling or differentiated. The interview process they run is a joke — bringing in external consultants who came across as more condescending than constructive, especially for an under-market role, red flags all around
