Difficult and mismanaged - Supervisor Unify Employee Review

I worked very long hours, reaching 80 hours a week. There was a disregard for the employee's well being with many deprived of sleep during a shift. I also think there was a disconnect between ground services and the airline itself as flights were drastically increased despite being incredibly shorthanded. Don't expect them to care for you or respect you.
