6yWith all humility, we admit that 2017 was not such a good year in UBS. But its the thing of the past. UBS, having realized the shortcomings, is bringing about radical changes to its policies and processes for better Employee engagement. Much is being done, but more needs to be done. Employee satisfaction is of paramount importance to UBS, and senior management will thrive for it. Thank you for your candid feedback.
