      Pros

      There were some lovely people there.

      Cons

      Lack of development opportunities, Micro management, Lack of trust. Senior team members not trusted to do their job, everything has to go through MD for sign off, You are just a number, not a valued employee, No loyalty, Terrible work life balance. Never rewarded for working overtime.

      Pros

      As a whole, Uniserve is a great company to work for. Coming straight from University, the company has supported me along my learning curve to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills needed to be able to assist and lead projects. They have pushed me to my limits, unlocking skills that I myself thought I could never do. There isn't a moment in my day where I have nothing to do. There is always something for me to contribute to and always something new to learn from my Team.

      Cons

      The only small downside I would say is that on rare occasions the office does get too loud. Good thing is, it's not everyday.
