    Pros

There must be one but I can't think of it

    Cons

Incompetent management who worry more about ways they can get more pay than how to operate an airline. Don't have enough front line employees and don't let them make decisions without consulting supervisors. Management not committed to running a world class airline to compete with international carriers

    Advice to Management

Cut your ranks in half. To much overhead and to much incompetence. Need more front line employees that are trained and empowered to do their job.

    Pros

Dynamic environment where no 2 days are the same as we constantly react to external factors, whether economic, competitive, natural, or political. Working with like-minded individuals who have a passion for travel and know what it takes to provide true customer service. Travel benefits!

    Cons

Still working through the merger, which is a great learning experience, but can get frustrating at times.
