      -The mission is Upwork's biggest and most important sell -Work with really smart people -Open-minded values and ideals -A lot of access to leadership -Strong comp package -Feedback is rampant

      -Not a lot of foundational process structure in place but that comes with a lot of opportunity

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Cons

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
