Pros
There are hardly any. One of the pros is the fact that you get an allowance to purchase uniform and you are not restricted to its choice. If you love working with many people or a multi-tasking genius, you would find job at this company personally beneficial.
Cons
The most disorganized company I've worked for. To start with that there is poor communication between various offices. The company an official offer per Email and schedule your first working day the next day and at the workplace you find out that you don't actually fit their company (specific requirements) any more, and without further clarifications you get rejection. After some time you receive a call offering you the position (for the second time) with no apologies or comments. The job itself is a very stressful one since no one explains your duties properly, there is a total mess at local offices in terms of HR documentation, hierarchy and following the rules of labor law. After resignation the company sent an email claiming they have overpaid me and insisted that I transfer the money back to them within one week!
