      Pros

      Great place to work if you would like lots of paid time off and nice compensation. Nice friendly people and great job if you need a steady paycheck. Very flexible as well in terms of start time and family emergencies.

      Cons

      Opportunity for growth does not exist. If you are really good at your job, then you will remain in that job, because they cannot lose your expertise.

      Pay not up to standard Starting to become a Micro-managed company Benefits (401-K) not up to par with others Greed at the top; making targets that are not realistic. Now more added management layers that only monitor the workers
