      - Interesting & Challenging Work - Flexi - Time, Subsidised Canteen, Subsidised Sports & Social Club with regular events, Subsidised Charity of the Year with regular events, Pension, Long term Illness cover, Health Insurance, Further Education scheme, regular Share Schemes, 22 days annual leave with an option to purchase 3 more. - Regular on-site visits by banks, mental health awareness professionals for example. - Regular events for diversity, healthy eating etc ( free fruit fridays, free health assessments )

      Cons

      = Challenging work can lead to stressed out teams & management which in turn can lead to difficulties in communicating between & within departments.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

      Cons

      Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
