Working at Validic was an amazing experience. Everyday I was part of a highly collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven environment with a great team of people. I felt that my voice always mattered and that I was having a positive impact supporting some of the largest corporations in the healthcare industry.

No cons but it is a fast-paced, fluctuating market and so you must take the initiative and be open to change to be successful.

Lots of leadership changes also meant major process changes, which severely hindered the way we worked once the turning point was reached. Our work process felt like it was running smoothly until all of it was upended one summer, and then nothing felt clear. It became hard to produce real results in a timely matter. We went from mission-driven purpose to "following trends." Small layoffs meant role contraction and lots of concern of who's next.
