Needs a lot of improvement - Anonymous employee Valneva Employee Review

- Little/support from manager at the time - No project management systems in place, a lot of tasks are done manually- only thing available is Microsoft office -A lot of talk around change from senior management but no action is taken - "No budget" is the answer to everything
