Remote work opportunities. I have a nice laptop and good tools. Many amazing people are still here.

Valtech has lost its purpose and spark. Care for employees has evaporated. Career path is uncertain. Wave after wave of layoffs. Struggling to make things work when team members keep departing. Very little investment in delivery process and training. Minimal innovation. Weird re-brand. Many lost clients.
