Pros

This team is obsessed with serving their customers and helping them win. The projects are exciting and the people are faithful and full of integrity. The office is beautiful, and it's a team that actually lives its core values. They care more about the quality of your work than the hours you put in. The work is done by in-house marketing experts who are employees, not overseas contractors. I have not seen a marketing team operating at this skill level, and leadership pays for real expertise instead of cutting corners.

Cons

The company went through a tough acquisition that created some anxiety and made it harder for a few people to know exactly where they stand. I see that as temporary growing pains, not a real cause for concern.

Pros

Working at Valve and Meter as a Client Success Director has been a rewarding experience. The company is filled with talented, driven people who care about doing great work for clients. I appreciate the focus on strategy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Leadership is open to feedback, and there is a genuine effort to improve processes, support team development, and create better client outcomes. One of the biggest positives is the opportunity to make a real impact. In Client Success, you are not just managing accounts. You are helping shape strategy, strengthen client relationships, support team growth, and solve meaningful business challenges. The environment pushes you to think critically, lead with ownership, and continue developing professionally.

Cons

Like many growing companies, there are times when priorities shift quickly and processes are still being refined. However, there is also a clear willingness to identify gaps and improve.

Pros

Working alongside genuinely talented, high-caliber individuals.

Cons

When I first joined, I was enthusiastic. The culture appeared transparent and authentic, fostering a positive start. However, this environment changed dramatically following the acquisition. We were repeatedly assured that the acquisition would not impact job security, yet we quickly witnessed inconsistent staffing decisions. What began as periodic individual layoffs escalated rapidly into substantial workforce reductions. Worse, the company began replacing talented, internal staff with cheaper outside partners and virtual assistants. This shift has created an atmosphere of zero job security and severely undermines the trust employees once had in management's commitments.
