The team-based commission structure and the emphasis they place on developing new starters is what sets Venn Group apart from most other recruitment agencies. Being able to lean on colleagues with decades of experience is what enabled me to quickly climb the ranks.
Cons
In order to succeed here, you need to be willing to work hard. If a normal office job is what you're after, this isn't the place for you.
