The most stable job you’ll ever find, regardless of your performance. The bar couldn’t be set lower.
Cons
Work culture has become insufferable. Your career advancement is belittled at every performance review; one off day eclipses the rest. Severe under-resourcing, especially in “non growth” products which have been neglected and mismanaged for years. Management plays politics amongst themselves; everyone under them suffers. Constant pointless re-orgs.
