If you like working for a narcissist, then this is the place for you. The CEO runs through directors and Chief Officers constantly. Her obsession is finding pushover board members who are too unconcerned to do the right thing-fire her. She recoils if a person with disabilities gets too close to her. She puts on a show in front of VIPs while badmouthing people in leadership roles in the state agencies, Congress, Ability One, and Source America. She is insistent on maintaining low wages for the disabled (she really wants to keep them below minimum wage) while she makes more than the Secretary of State and Defense. Toxic!
