All the people are very close and it is like an extended family. The company is doing a good job of supporting initiatives to reduce food waste and help the environment by setting up donations for people and animals. I learned a lot about composting. The managers provide us lunch and snacks when we work long days. There is a lot of opportunity for career growth as the company is growing very fast.

The hours can be long at times but the managers are doing better to help us build the team.

Your coworkers are the best you’ll meet. I loved all the people in my suite. You can move up if you want to pretty fast sometimes.

The company loves to say how much they care about their employees, they’ll say it so much they’ll make you believe it. But, when it comes to actually showing it they won’t and then they’ll say it’s for our benefit and not the companies benefit, which let me tell you is a lie. They expect more out of you than anyone could give they basically want you to say screw your family, screw your future and everything you believe in. They only look at you as a number and not a human being. Just a quick example, I wanted to go back to school I found a school with a reasonable schedule but vertical roots refused to make any accommodations and seeing that I’d only be able to work 10 hour shifts for them i would have to quit before they gave me the hours and that’s what I was actually told. I clock in early every morning to try to get a jumpstart on the day and if I ever have to get off early which is rarely but with working Monday thru Friday and working such long hours I needed the bank sometimes or the dmv or other places I otherwise can’t go to over the weekend they will treat you like utter crap and make you feel so bad for wanting and needing to do something for yourself and your life. Also no overtime, again they say no over time is for the employees benefit.
