    Company is good in terms of exposure ......! all infrasture is excellent ...! good systems are in place

    Cons

    job insecurity all the time...not able to focus on work...very low motivation ..no career growth...too much of documentation difficult to manage....you don't know next mroning you are laid off ...!

    Advice to Management

    instead of firing employees ..focus on getting more orders and to achieve the goals..!

    Pros

    Short hours, good vacations and business meals.

    Cons

    Poor management, condescending attitude of Danish headquarter, low pay, low benefits, resentment from customers, lack of local technical knowhow, no accountability by the management. Complex and inefficient management structure.

    Advice to Management

    Decrease your workforce in Denmark, hire senior executives who are experienced in the wind industry and Asia, give ownership and accountability to local people.
