Pros

If you have a good team and a good team lead it’s nice. As well as health insurance

Cons

For the amount of work that you do making 2€ above minimum wage is not worth it. You act as a “manager” you are meant to take all verbal abuse that is thrown at you over the phone. Managers do not take accountability for the decisions they pass onto reps to give to customers as per company policy. It is unfair and degrading. Not enough benefits for the amount of profit and money saving the company does health insurance is not suitable as being the only main benefit advertised
