      No punching system so that's only a good thing.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Poor code quality. Saturdays working. No Hike & Bonus on time. Management gives no damn about employees.

      - Had to work on most weekends, even Sunday. - No research, just PM asking what to execute on Figma - Expected to work as a Graphic Designer as well - No product design team, just developers
