Pros
The pay was not bad but that is where it ended. Since the sale by the original owners, management has taken what used to be a great company to work for and turned it into a concentration camp atmosphere of stress and fear for most of the rank and file employees.
Cons
Worst culture of any company I have ever been a part of. Negative e-mails and phone calls that include screaming and profanity at all hours of the day and even weekends from Sr. management to their staff. Loads of mindless reporting. And if you try and take a vacation do not expect management to allow you time off. You had better take your cell phone and laptop and be expect to be called for something trivial or prepare some useless report. There is at least one Sr. manager that has lost money for every market he has worked for and continues to get promoted. Last to market with new product roll outs and then wonder why their competition is killing them. Like to overburden staff with products and process and then continue to cut staff and wonder why projections cannot be attained and yell at staff for missing bogus numbers. Overall this place is a disaster.
