Terrible company - Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Volare Health Employee Review

Volare is your typical corporate Healthcare company. They leave their nursing homes grossly understaffed, under supplied and will pressure legally sketchy documentation via pressures applied to mangers/supervisors. Higher up remote supervisors are difficult to reach when vital communication is necessary. If you are an individual with any sense of integrity you will often find yourself in situations that test your moral code. On more than one occasion I witnessed nurses saying if a state inspection were to happen, the doors would be closed immediately.
