Steep learning curve at a fast paced company

There are no cons, super fun

Lots of good employees who are passionate about the product; however, many of those people are leaving, especially after IPO

-Executives don't listen to employers and only echo the wants of the board, who do not understand the business in North America. -In addition, imagine someone who has extensive experience in content and comics and then goes into the auto industry. Would this person know what to do and have the best interest of customers? The reverse of this example is commonplace among new executives at WEBTOON. -Headquartered in NA, but the reality is all direction is dictated from S. Korea... -which causes long hours for many employees... -and the business strategy and culture is agnostic of people who understand webcomics in N.A. It's like shouting into the void since leadership doesn't listen. What works in Asia (where webcomics are established and part of the culture) they think will work here.
