Extremely disconnected leadership and no work life balance - Project Manager WEST CARY GROUP Employee Review

WCG is the ultimate dream workplace for me. There's a collaborative can-do culture, supportive leadership, and good growth opportunities for those who deliver. I've had the opportunity to work on numerous exciting projects that have kept me engaged and learning. Kudos to the open-mindedness of the leadership team I feel that my ideas are efforts are valued. I love the variety of projects and the ability to shift and try new roles. Great company overall that's very respected in the region. I also value leadership's commitment to WFH.

Wish there was more paid vacation time.

This company facilitated a collaborative and friendly environment. I loved working with my coworkers as they were all super easy to get along with. Their hospitality as a company is beyond words I can express.

My only con would be the amount of work that I would have and the constant changing environments but the people at the company more than made up for it.
