Pros
Wavestone US gives young business analysts and consultants an excellent opportunity to learn about the consulting world. A broad client base gives great real-world experience and a strong background of different industry processes. The employees are all very lovely and are willing to help see you succeed.
Cons
The only improvement I'd like to see would be for there to be a compensation difference between in-person employees and fully remote employees.
