Pros

- Depending on where you're at, the team and non-management members were wonderful. - Unlimited PTO - 4% 401k match

Cons

Firstly, it is disheartening to note that the company has undergone 3 rounds of layoffs within the span of a year. One of the notable challenges I encountered was the apparent lack of opportunities for professional growth within the organization. Additionally, the dearth of learning opportunities further impeded my professional development. The organizational roadmaps and plans were characterized by their lack of cohesion and organization. Communication inconsistencies were prevalent, with shifts in directives occurring without prior warning. There were lots of uncertainties. Compounding these issues was the continuous increase in responsibilities without corresponding salary adjustments. This accumulation of tasks without commensurate financial recognition was demoralizing. Furthermore, the leadership was an area of concern. While assurances of a positive trajectory and growth were communicated, the execution of three rounds of layoffs, often without sufficient notice or support for affected employees, raised questions about the efficacy of leadership decisions. The abrupt disconnection of accounts while one was in the layoff calls, preventing access to personal files, was perceived as both questionable and disrespectful.

Pros

Most of the people are nice. Fully paid insurance for employees.

Cons

Pushy sales tactics. Not really an account executive role like at other companies. I would consider it more an SDR or BDR role considering they want you to cold call. No one hardly makes their sales goals. The product is good but hard to compete with free options like Canva & Google Vids especially considering so many schools don’t have money. They bombard you with tons of marketing campaigns and then wonder why you aren’t making your sales. Have to do QBRs which take up way too much time and are pointless because everyone just says the same thing over and over. They also just randomly laid off people without warning, some of which had been there for a really long time. Small company so not much opportunity for advancement.
