Pros
Annual salary review and bonus, monthly pub social, internal half day nominations (free time off), your birthday off, company laptop, private healthcare (BUPA), table football (and yes we actually play!), regular social events such as top golf, laser quest and bowling, flexible working, early finish on a Friday, and the office is in a gorgeous country setting which is great for lunchtime walks. The culture at WRD is brilliant, we are very much a team whereby everyone supports each other. The Senior Team hold an annual company meeting where employees are encouraged to bring ideas, suggestions and requests for the business such as our perks, working environment, client services, and our own digital marketing - and they provide lunch! We also have weekly team catch ups with all departments to share wins and losses, updates and discuss upcoming social events. If you're up for working hard and having a lot of fun at the same time, WRD is an amazing workplace to thrive at.
Cons
If you don't drive then WRD probably isn't the right fit for you. The office is on a country estate with limited public transport.
