Pros
The company was ahead of its time for endpoint security. It provided new tech to consumers and businesses alike that performed very well and was able to keep up with the competition as the industry changed. The office was fairly cohesive, driving projects forward, and ran well for the most part.
Cons
Innovation died when the revamped the development team and lost the creator of the Webroot product to a game company. Dev had to figure out all the nuances of the previous coder's work, keeping them behind schedule. Advancement was next to impossible in the organization as well, with no clear direction of the company or individual departments. Senior leadership was disconnected with the needs of the employees.
