My career with White Lodging has been an incredible journey of growth, mentorship, and opportunity. I came to the company from a franchise chain restaurant background, bringing a strong foundation in service and operations, but White Lodging is where I truly developed as a hospitality leader.
Over the past five years, I’ve been fortunate to be mentored by many talented leaders across the organization who continuously challenged and invested in my development. I started in Food & Beverage as a manager, progressed to AGM of the restaurant, transitioned into the role of Director of Housekeeping, and for the past two years have served as the Assistant General Manager of Courtyard.
What I value most about my experience at White Lodging is the emphasis on internal growth, cross‑department development, and leadership coaching. The trust placed in me to lead across different disciplines has shaped me into a well‑rounded, people‑focused leader, and I’m proud of how much I’ve grown in such a short period of time.
