      No pros at all honestly

      Cons

      WhiteCap Search was one of the worst jobs I ever took. Absolutely no work/life balance at all. You are expected to work over 50 hours a week for little pay. The worst places I have ever worked for honestly. No sense of camaraderie at all and little to no diversity

The majority of employees work on very competitive commission plans and therefore have uncapped earnings so they work hard.
