Pros
The interview and hiring process was smooth . . . Staff is organized in hiring new staff. Also the salary range for my position was well above the competitors.
Cons
Unorganized, once you get hired. If you question the methods used, you are then scrutinized for your ideas. As for corporate attention to detail, they would make visits once every 2-3 months.
