Pros
I guess schedule flexibility since so many call ins and no repercussion.
Cons
Started here as an LVN to pick up hours on top of my regular full time job... asked for higher pay and was told by DON it goes by scale and she couldn’t offer me any higher, after hesitating I still took the job. Before even completing my orientation I get a call saying I was supposed to be working that night and I wasn’t available.. got sent a picture of the schedule and I was put on full time before even discussing my availability. Very unorganized and out of EVERYTHING. Was never able to get ahold of anyone (DSD, DON, etc..) then come to find out they hired a friend of mine (graduated nursing school together, same exact experience) and higher than what I was offered and offered a sign on bonus! Pretty sure it had A LOT to do with race. Will never go back. Very unorganized, horrible management, everyone is rude(office staff) Most nurses are new grads that don’t know what they’re doing!
