Sometimes we have to wait until the last minute to get our shifts and it's frustrating that you have no idea about your shift two weeks ahead. There are no 8 hour shifts anymore, only 8 hours and 20 minutes long. So many roles, and the lack of employees to fill them affects the team, because 1 person has to do 3 people's job but the management won't give the chance to get promoted, since they'd have to increase your pay and train you. You cannot eat at your workstation (you can snack tho) and sometimes you have to wait 2 hours to get your break.
