Don't know where to start 1.Extremely toxic, only their top favourite employees are treated well, everyone else is just treated like a liability 2.Extreme pressure and absolutely no work life balance. We were asked to work close to 12 hours during the covid phase, cause apparently we have nothing else to do apart from working. 3. Freshers are not paid well(don't know how it is now) 4. The boss runs the organisation like a school, you get shouted at in front of other colleagues
