      Good coworkers and benefits. Enjoyed instructing students. Good benefits

      Cons

      Unbalanced bias management. Lack of true chain of command. Would let go good workers and keep bad because of bias. Low pay, good benefits . Gave you feeling of "big brother " was watching over you.

      Pros

      Got to work with a lot of really cool people and got to help at risk teens in a job field.

      Cons

      The pay was not good comparing to the surrounding companies although this company is quite small and non-profit. No hope for a raise unless you beg.
