Many employees are intelligent, collaborative, and deeply dedicated. These individuals bring wholehearted energy to their work, and partnering with them is one of the most rewarding aspects of the job.
Cons
Leadership and management are weak. To get ahead, you need to agree with everything and play into the bureaucracy. The Bank promotes “yes” people, and even new leaders quickly fall into this culture. Despite talk of change, the same problems keep repeating.
