Pros
Outstanding opportunity for entrepreneurs that want to be rewarded for the hard work they are prepared to do. They make it very clear that there will be "rapids ahead" and those that persevere and learn will prosper.
Cons
They make it clear they want people who want careers. 9-5 "pikers" with low work ethics will not make it. Those that also lack professional integrity will be called out. Imagine that - a place that actually does what they say!
