Pros

It's a very fun environment with team-building activities and get-togethers throughout the year, management is incredible and is always looking for ways to help employees improve, it's a collaborative environment with the more experienced engineers willing to teach the younger engineers, management is very willing to look for future employees among friends of current employees, constant flow of work, company rewards good performance and there are ample opportunities for advancement if you seek them.

Cons

Sometimes there is a large flow of work and long weeks, but I think that comes with the industry. I think they are slightly behind on integrating new technologies and programs throughout the company.

We are cognizant of your comment regarding new technologies and programs. As you know, we have invested a lot in the customized engineering design solutions--and we continue to update them for new codes and requirements. We are, admittedly, cautious when considering the purchase of new software--we want to do our due diligence to make sure the software will meet or needs and produce design results we can trust. We'll consider our processes for the upgrades and determine a way to speed up the process.
